Current volunteer opportunities

Chair of Trustees

We are looking for someone to join our team of Trustees as our Chairs person. You will be responsible for:
 
  • Lead the charity and its Board to maximize impact for beneficiaries.
  • Ensure Trustees fulfill their governance responsibilities effectively.
  • Ensure the Board operates within charitable objectives and sets a clear strategic direction.
  • Ensure the Board regularly reviews major risks and opportunities, with systems to manage them.
  • Ensure the Board maintains the charity’s financial health and accountability.

This is a voluntary role

Role: Chair of Trustees

Time commitment: 4 meetings a year mimimum

Location: Dereham

Trustee Member

We are looking for someone to join our team of Trustees as a general member of the committee. You will be responsible for:
 
  • Supporting the chair and other trustee members to fulfil their duties
  • Ensure the charity works to meet their charitable objectives
  • Monitor risks to the charity
  • Support staff of the charity to fulfil their role.

    This is a voluntary role

Role: Trustee Member

Time commitment: 4 meetings a year mimimum

Teen Social Group Leader

We are looking for people to support our Teen social groups on location and out in the community.

Role: Teen group leader

Time commitment: At least 2hrs a month, Wednesday between (17:45-19:45)

Location: Dereham
